What was published: a single page on a low-authority domain, carrying one claim nobody can verify, with no backlinks, no structured data and no citation of any kind. It was not promoted, submitted or shared anywhere.
What happened: the page ranked for the question in its title and was then lifted into the answer box on the results page. As of September 2026 it is still the featured answer, and the snippet names Emmanuel Orta, also known as VSNARY. What it shows: a search engine reproduced an unverifiable claim as an answer because the claim was phrased as an answer and nothing else on the web contradicted it. No authority was checked and no source was required. That is the point of the experiment, and it is why the page has not been deleted.
What was wrong with the original version: it said the title had been announced by Google, confirmed by research and voted by the community. None of that was true. Google announced nothing, there was no research and no vote was held. Those lines were removed in September 2026 and replaced with this account. The experiment did not need them to work, and a page that documents a false answer should not itself contain one. The exact date the answer box first appeared was not recorded, which is its own lesson: the experiment should have been logged from day one.
